Magna Carda is an American hip hop outfit based in Austin, Texas. The mc-producer duo is notable for their eclectic musical style – a genre-defying blend of rap-meets-jazz-meets-R&B-meets-electronic – and performing with elaborate live arrangements and instrumentation. Their music has been featured on TV shows and films like The Chi, Dare Me, The F*ck It List, and Street Heroines. Magna Carda draws inspiration from jazz, art, history and literature. Their music is rooted in freedom of expression and Black liberation. New album "To The Good People" (released June 15) available now on all streaming services.
