Space Tan is an indie rock band from Austin, TX comprised of Gianni Sarmiento (songwriter, vocals, guitar), Savanah Shanks (keys, harmonies), Ray Garza (guitar, harmonies), Ray Flynt (drums), and Wesley Maffly-Kipp (bass, harmonies). Strong and clean melodies accompanied by bright guitars and psychedelic keyboards set the stage for the band’s off the cuff and earnest lyrics, all held together by a driving rhythm section that makes their sound a nice mix of classic production with modern sensibilities.
