Najlah Rashid, artistically known as NAJ! is a born & raised East Austin,Texas artist. She started her music career after graduating from the illustrious Prairie View A&M University in 2020. Where these two worlds collide is where she finds her inspiration for the high energy art she creates. Being a Mass Communication major, her mind is a well of ideas with eventually revealed to herself her passion — music. Transmuting experience into art, her sound is based on nothing except how she’s feeling in that moment. Some of her tracks are fun & will make you want to dance, but when she taps into her love of R&B her words may also make you think. As a girl’s girl, she would say she makes music for all of the bad & real bitches of the world. Prepare for an energetic & passionate performance!
