Mr.Kat is an indie band from Austin Texas. It began as a solo project and grew into a full band. Most notably Mr.Kat is characterized by its gritty guitar paired with the classic indie sad girl lyricism. Drawing inspiration from Faye Webster, Indigo De Souza, and Soccer Mommy, Mr.Kat is a band for any indie/alt rock listener.
