Daydreamer

Daydreamer is an indie rock group formed in Austin in fall of 2019. The band members were all born in Austin and grew up around the vibrant music scene. Lead singer and guitarist Harry Knight, guitarist, keys, and singer Sullivan Banks, and bassist Phin Miller all met in kindergarten at Pease Elementary in downtown Austin, Texas. They became a band after meeting drummer Thomas Ross a few years later. Together, they have created original songs that resonate with all audiences. Drawing influence from a variety of musicians including Spoon, The Replacements, The Strokes, Elliot Smith, and The Beatles. Their songs incorporate catchy hooks and lyrics. Still in high school, and winning the battle of the bands competition at McCallum for the past two years, Daydreamer has been invited to perform at venues around Austin and San Marcos, including Hole in the Wall, Mohawk, Texas State University, Come & Take It Live, and Cherrywood Coffeehouse. Daydreamer released one single, 10.21.03, in the Spring of 2022 and recently released their EP, These Slow Days, in 2023, now streaming on all platforms.
