1KSpin is a musical artist originating from Birmingham, Alabama. His love for music came shortly after his collegiate basketball career where he was an All- American and Conference Player of the Year. Covid took a huge toll on Spin’s mental state. Spin was working at warehouse when one day he randomly freestyled Infront of friends at the time and his friends believed he had potential to actually make something of himself with music. Next day his friend took him to a studio where Spin recorded his first song and fell in love with everything about it. The writing, the recording, the finished product, the whole process he fell in love with it. From that point Spin took it upon his self to find himself in his music with certain melodies and emotional punchlines that fans could enjoy. He decided to pack up and move to Austin, Tx to chase his dream of being an successful artist.
